Gentle Therapeutic Yoga for Building Better Balance Class Series

Have you been looking for a slow paced, gentle yoga class taught by someone who is knowledgeable about the therapeutic benefits of yoga and can modify a class to meet your needs?  Are you struggling with an injury or worried about losing your balance in class?  This may be the class for you!  This series invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also supportive and beneficial for strength, flexibility and balance.  A chair will be available to use for added support and comfort as needed. Pranayama (breath work) and meditation techniques will be taught to calm the nervous system. This series is appropriate for anyone looking for a slow paced, gentle class with seated and standing yoga poses for strength and balance.   As a physical therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, I specialize in making the practice accessible to all students.   Class will be structured around the needs of those who attend.

  • Preregistration is required for this 4 week series.

  • $70 for all 4 classes

  • 11am-12pm

  • In studio or virtual via Zoom at The Yoga Collaborative ~ 580 North Falmouth Highway (route 28A), North Falmouth Ma.

  • Can’t attend live? All students who register for virtual class, will receive a recording after the class which is available for 24 hours
