Welcome to Yoga with Elaine!


I teach yoga because I truly believe in the physical and mental benefits.  I am passionate about helping people to experience the joy, healing and peace that a consistent yoga practice brings both on and off the mat.

I find that the practice of yoga is a natural complement to my job as a physical therapist and I frequently use yoga as therapy for my patients.  In the community, I teach meditation, slow flow vinyasa classes, chair yoga, gentle yoga and Gentle Therapeutic Yoga Classes.  I also see clients privately for yoga lessons and physical therapy. 

My aim is to make the practice of yoga accessible to all.
